Apartments
We build low-density, boutique apartments that promote a quieter lifestyle in convenient locations. We start by sourcing suitable land for development and see the project through to the very end ensuring that we get the best possible gross realisation value.

Townhouses
Starting from two to four bedrooms, our townhouses are modern and comfortable with seamless layouts for easy living. We liaise with everyone from landowners, builders and architects to local councils and consultants.

Over 55s Accommodation
Designed specifically for people in or close to retirement, our over 55s properties are carefully designed with features like private gardens, walking tracks and common areas. There is also an emphasis on safety and security.

Our properties are open to wholesale and sophisticated investors who meet our approval criteria.

Project Prospectus
An individual prospectus is provided for every project since investment details may differ from project to project.

Background Checks
Investors are subject to income, asset and criminal checks. Only wholesale and sophisticated investors are eligible to invest in our projects.

Initial Investment
Once approved, investors contribute funds in the initial stage of a project development. Minimum investment amounts apply.

Project Completion
Once the project has been completed, funds are returned to investors plus interest or a percentage of profit depending on the investment terms.
